after a 4 year hiatus, it's time to start writing again
It's now been over 4 years since my last post. I'm a little regretful that I have nothing written for the last 4 years, but thankfully I have pictures to aid my memory.
I'd like to start writing again. For a few reasons: the discipline, the challenge, and for the testament it will serve as I read back and see how I've changed. I hope to write about my new life. Uncensored. The real, raw, honest truth. Like it or not.
Instead of making a new blog, I want to keep this one. I cringe when I read the older posts (some as old as 11 years ago!). Instead of being embarrassed at how immature I was (or my writing), I'm encouraged that I've grown up and (hopefully) matured in these past 11 years of blogging.
I used to write blog posts to update others on my life, often the highlights. This time, I want to it to be a space for honest conversation. A venue to share day-to-day life as a married 30-something year old living in Cambodia.
