Bibimbap
Bibimbap was served on our flight to Singapore. When the flight attendant handed me the meal, she pulled out this card: "Directions on How to Make Bibimbap". The funny thing is she didn't give one to the Asian people who were sitting near me. If only she knew just how Asian I actually am... on the inside.

This definitely wasn't the first nor has it been the last time I've had bibimbap. I'd like to be a bibimbap critique. I'd love to travel around the world tasting different people's rendition of this famous Korean dish. So far, here is my running list with scores.
1. Chengde, China - GREAT, solid 9/10
2. Waterloo (UW plaza) - good gf option when in a crunch, 4/10
3. Toronto - GREAT, a little spicy, 8/10
4. Seoul, Korea - good but I was expecting it to be the BEST, being in Korea and all, 6/10
5. Flying over Asia - plane food: never great, 5/10
6. HarbourFront Centre, Singapore - food court in the mall, BEST, a bit pricy ($6 SD), 9/10
7. The Terrace, NUS - hawker stall, not horrible, $3.50 SD, 6/10
