2 Days in Singapore
Crossing at Orchard RoadWhat I learnt about living in Singapore today:
- using public buses and trains, you dont pay per trip, but you pay the distance traveled
- Orchard Road is some crazy consumer paradise for rich folk
- China Town is like a Mary Poppins bag - the goodies never end
- food is CHEAP, making it much cheaper to eat out than cook
- when people don't understand what you're saying, they just say "NO"
- contrary to what we were told, there are all shapes, heights, styles, and sizes
- you always feel sticky
